Excellent service, great workers and great food.
Not impressed. Soggy fries, and they gave my wife Lemon wings instead of the Parmesan ones she ordered. The food just wasn't as good as other Wing Stops I've been to. Also the soda machine had around 4/25 flavors in stock. What's up with that.

I have to say big props to the entire staff at Wingstop. I placed an order for 3pm pickup on super bowl. well you could have guessed I wasn't the only one who had that bright idea. I get there at 3 pm and there's just people everywhere waiting for their order. I ended up getting my order an hour later than my pick up time but that's no fault at all from the staff. Unfortunately the website did not stop any orders so there were absolutely bombarded with orders. But they didn't falter under the pressure. They continued to work insanely hard without ever thinking of giving up. And amazingly they got my order 100% correct. Big props to the Wingstop staff at Thousand Oaks!!
Ordered online for 3 PM on Super Bowl Sunday. Came at 3 to see a line wrapping around California Fish Grill. Apparently people who had ordered ahead for 1 PM were still waiting. Waited for an hour before demanding a refund and leaving. 0 communication as to what was going on. Had to rely on some guy waiting in line to read out orders that were finished to those outside. I don't even know why I waited an hour for what I knew would be soggy flavorless wings. Wingstop will NEVER get a dollar of mine ever again

Best wings i’ve ever had!!!! Clean location amazing staff and great customer service. Food came out on time and very hot and fresh. Ranch dip is my favorite I recommend that everyone give this location a chance.

Awesome food. Nice workers. Sometimes we are quick to complaint about the service but we are seldom compliment a good job the restaurant and workers provide us. With this pandemic we need to let them know how we appreciate them and to thank them for providing excellent food and a WOW service..
