Acai is the best in my area. Love this place for a taste of Brasil
Used to love this place until I found out that their employees are overworked and don’t even receive the online tips we give them. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Price is outrageous and those people in the back deserve better. If you are going to purchase from them leave a cash tip because the workers actually get those. You’d think with that outrageous price for the bowls going up it’d go to better things but they’re just being greedy. Absolutely absurd! Do better!
Kind staff, quick service - quality of açaí ingredients was underwhelming. The açaí was very icy and tasted like grape rather than açaí and the peanut butter tasted low quality with added oils. Not a pure organic peanut butter. For the price, I wish the food quality was better.
I had the best experience of my life at ubatuba. First I was kindly greeted by a worker named Arjun and he was so helpful. He is also very handsome. He recommended a yummy açaí bowl and they made it very quickly. I ate it all up and it was splendid. What a wonderful combination of fruits, granola, and açaí. I’m looking forward to going there again and 10/10 recommend to any npc.
They employ ppl who abuse women and children. Horrible company. They psycho below beats on women and the company won’t fire him.

This franchise protected an employee that beat up his girlfriend as she held her baby. Video evidence of this was sent to them and they took zero action against this employee. This employee also harasses and threatens to beat other women who are around the restaurant. For your own safety stay away if you’re a woman.
I really like the acai here. You probably get the best deal getting the medium size bowl for $10. The empanadas are to die for but it's easy to spend a lot on them. Overall, healthy and filling.
