Hadn't eaten at the Pizza Cookery since we used to go all the time back in the 80's when it was on Topanga, then I moved to Orange County. Visited family in T.O. tonight, we stopped by & it's the same great atmosphere, service & of course top notch Italian food, & reasonably priced. In my book, this is hard to beat! *Thank you!!

First time here. Ordered a Cadillac margarita waiter/bartender spilled part of the extra shot. He Shrugged it off like it wasn’t an $18 drink and offered no remedy. We asked for food suggestions naturally, ordered the recommendations but was not told about portion sizes so we unknowingly ordered 2 family size dinner salads for nearly $8 a piece without so much as a warning from said waiter. When I reacted with shock he just shrugged and said “yeah everything here is huge”. Never got a refill of water nor a box or check without asking. Lasagna was yummy but noodle to cheese and sauce ratio was way off. Ravioli was pretty good. Salad was alright. Canned garbanzo beans in it. That was weird. Rolls were were the obvious star of the meal!!! The live music was a nice touch too.

I found out about this place a few months ago through a friend and it’s one of the only places I truly CRAVE. My partner and I are vegan but many of our friends are not, having the option to all eat at one place and have an amazing menu of choices is just beyond customer service and truly shows how much the owners and staff love their customers and their work. The prices are awesome as you can easily get 2 meals out of one entree (which I absolutely love! Leftovers make a great lunch the next day). I highly recommend the vegan Philly or make your own calzone! There’s no bad option on this menu and I am so grateful to have a delicious and vegan friendly food hub to fill my Italian cravings. Thank you!

Fantastic freshly made cheese rolls. Pizza is also very good, square cut, new York style. The meals are a bit pricey but you get large portions. Most things are enough for two people.

Had delivery, came on time. Ordered a large pizza with extra pepperoni. Tasted great. The way the pizza was cut was...a new way of cutting.... just re-cut so the kids could have crust pieces and adults ate with knife and forks.

The service is excellent! Very clean. their food is very good however their prices seems to be above others!. A small pasta salad is almost $20. Where most craft beers are $7 there about $9. They are very generous with her food. I would recommend this if price doesn't matter.

Rolls were tasty, but pretty much just an average pizza place. This place is about politics, and not much else, so there’s that. Not coming back. IDC if you have a different opinion, the vibe of this place was uncomfortably gross. Not what it used to be.

Their food is amazing but their staff and service kind of sucks. Three times I've come here and just left utterly disappointment the third time I have to leave a review because the place closes at 9:00 but they won't even serve us it just doesn't make any sense there's over an hour and 20 minutes left before closing time and they stop taking people. Don't expect to see the same waders because they're so bad that they go through them really fast so if you want to come here I recommend you order takeout don't even waste your time showing up to the restaurant.

Employees without masks is gross.

Wonderful rolls and a nice BBQ chicken pizza. I'm looking forward to trying the pasta or possibly sandwiches next time.
