Good location and accessible. Staffs were nice and the service is good.
1st time here and had a gentleman by the name of Jake take my order . My order was complicated and although I may have been a bit rude he was never out of hand was extremely polite and kind . He made sure he got all the order correct and had Everything right ,customer service was fantastic, going above and beyond for us before leaving the restaurant. I apologize for being rude ,I was (HANGRY) ..come to find out it was his 3rd day . Thank you.

I tried to order online but there was no option for using a gift card for payment. I was trying to avoid waiting for my order. It seems like an easy fix.Also, the phone directions said that the restaurant was located on Hillcrest Boulevard but it is Hillcrest Drive. Also an easy fix.
Shakes and burgers were mediocre, I probably wouldn't recommend it but if you just need a quick bite, maybe.
Employees were extremely friendly and happy to help,they were extremely busy but the wait time was just a few minutes and the order was perfect !
Tried the Portabella Char burger and it was phenomenal. The people here are always nice and even give us extra sauce if we ask which I really appreciate. Been coming here for a few years and plan to continue coming here for a few more.
Just called to let them know the salad they made today was bad. The chicken had a horrible taste. They comment was sorry mam, you need to go to the website and let them know there. I just wanted them to know they may gave some bad meat on hand. I don't think I can ever eat here again. Sad, I used to like rhis restaurant.
Really enjoyed my club grilled chicken sandwich.!! I like that I have the option to eat at the tables set up outside the restaurant.The food is always delicious.Thank you ! ????
This location is a little smaller than most. But the food is good and so is the service. There wasn't a long line when I visited. The atmosphere is pleasant. This is the kind of place that you want to visit when you want to enjoy your fast food slowly. The burgers are fairly large. I ordered chicken but my friend ordered beef and he was able to choose whether he wanted it rare, medium, or well-done. We both liked our sandwiches. I would visit again.
