I would love to give them a 5 because their coffees are great. The only drawback is their menu for food. The site shows a nice variety but many of the items are never available. Otherwise, their service is great and employees are always friendly and courteous.
Not premium coffee, but tastes ok if you go for the milky and sugary frapuccino-type drinks. I am spoiled by European third-wave coffee shops, so was not impressed with the flat whites that I got there. But the shop is nice and the service is super friendly.

I ordered iced latte. The coffee taste bad. Not fresh. Lack of flavor and too bitter. I did not request easy ice but it came with easy ice. I love coffee bean. It is my favorite coffee shop. I tried about 7 different locations through out my life. This is the worst location. When I pick up my order, they did not call my name. Iced latte was my name. Not going back to this location again.
We’ve been coming here almost everyday for over 10 years. When we started coming here Kelly was the manager. She was very friendly and her staff was well trained and extremely nice. Then Crystal became the manager, much of the same staff and always pleasant. I’m not sure who this new manager is but she snaps at her employees and they are not well trained. Last two times our order was wrong and we waited for over 15 minutes for both of our orders. Once due to the fact that the girl making it couldn’t multi task and would stop what she was doing to talk to her coworkers. I almost said something, but didn’t want to cause a scene. I hope Coffee Bean reviews these comments because this new manager is ruining our favorite coffee shop. I will continue to go here in hopes to see an improvement, but if not, there are coffee shops on every corner. Why would I want to start my day with misery.
I had been a customer of this location since 2005. But ever since the general manager name changed on the front door, the service has gone from exemplary to the worst experience I've ever received from any establishment of any kind in Ventura County. And the quality of the product has fallen due to poor preparation. Cold toasted bagel before it's on the counter available to be picked up (and they give you rock hard butter to try to spread). My regular drink was made so consistently different I thought they had changed the recipe until I went to another location and received the same drink with the previously familiar flavor that was the reason it became my regular drink of choice. Never a smile. The staff always looks like they would rather be somewhere else. But I don't believe this to be the fault of the kids working the store. This type of constant poor performance always comes as a result of poor leadership. Too many poor experiences to itemize here, but each time I visit it seems to be worse. Both service and quality. Do yourself a favor and give your money to one of the other three locations you can get coffee products at in the same shopping center. I'm sure they would be happy for the chance to win your business.

Always the best for my taste. I'm fussy about my coffee. Only sorry they closed the 2 closest to me.
I get the face mask requirements but when I am wearing a face shield because I can’t wear a mask to due medical reasons and still get kicked out. Worst customer service!! I medically can’t wear one and I still have a face shield. Never going back after the fact. ?!
