Amazing employees who work there. Great drinks to start anytime of the day( when their open :) had one employee come check on me when he notice a weird activity going on. He asked if I was okay ? and let me know if anything weird activity occurs, to come get the employees that work there. He didn't have to do that. Very proud of everyone who works there. I Had a rough day and that simple of act of kindness got me to feel better.
This location has the heart of the Starbucks brand. Kind, friendly, happy people. It's become the bulk of my socialization the last few months ?.

Constantly out of mocha, but never listed as out of stock on the mobile app. Same thing with many food items
Nice little drive thru
I came in off the road to use the restroom and grab a drink, we had 2 hours left of our drive. We have made this location our pit stop a few times. I ordered and paid with a $100 bill and it got awkward quickly. The cashier stopped and just handed the money to a guy who started feeling the money and giving her looks. It was quiet for about 3 minutes. I asked if there was an issue (I got the $ from a bank teller so I knew it was real) to which he informed me he was testing with his fingers to see if it was real. I promptly asked why he didn’t just take out the pen. He stated “they don’t do those here.” So your going to just make it very awkward for us is a better solution. I’m aware cash is strange now, however I’ve never experienced something like this. I won’t return, and also won’t use cash anymore ?? #DutchBros ??
The drive thru is a little small, so there's usually cars lined up within the parking lot during the morning rush. This is understandable. However, this morning, I was handed a drink in the drive thru with a loose lid, which then spilled all over me and the inside of my car. I had to ask for napkins to sop up the mess, and the only offer of help I received after that was an assurance that I would not be charged for the drink and food I ordered. No apology was made. Very lackluster customer service during this incident. I most likely won't come back to this location.

Probably will never come here again. Ordered the hot peach tranquility tea (hot water and a tea bag), there was a line so I knew it would be a wait. Couple mins and people after me a lady ordered and stood waiting. Then she went to complain and the barista stopped making drinks in order to help her.We all have places to be and when you walk in and see a line you should expect to wait too. This frustration led to me not even wanting to drink this tea after waiting 20 mins for it.
