The girl at the drive thru at 12:40 pm today was awful. Rude on the speaker and rude at the window. Shoved messy items at me. Cheese everywhere from sandwiches and drinks leaking. My daughter’s frap was supposed to be white (no coffee). I get passed a brown frap and tell her that it has to be coffee free. She rolls her eyes and lies, saying it is. I said nope it’s brown! She remakes it and spitefully made it without flavor so that it was plain like water, which my daughter was sad about. It’s sad that even my children questioned her attitude. I spent $50 for cold, messy food and tasteless drinks. I could have gotten better from McDonald’s. Quit your job if you hate it and don’t torture others with your horrible attitude that even kids know it’s wrong!!

We do a lot of online orders from Starbucks. This was one of the best experiences we've had. Even though it was very busy at 8:00 a.m., as soon as we walked in a barista greeted us and asked the name for the order. She quickly checked and told us ours was up next. She handed the drinks and food to us directly when they were ready and thanked us. It appears this level of service is the culture at this Starbucks. We will be back!

The products were great and the menu is huge. Staffs were friendly and the service in their drive thru is quick.

Bad very bad I will never go there again a young boy gave me a hot coffee through the window drive-thru. He knew the live didn't fit right the lid and gave it to me anyway spilled all over my leg inside my car all in my Dash not good he knows who he was couldn't even say sorry couldn't even call for the manager to say okay Karen what can I do to make you happy today never again no more Starbucks for me you just blew it no more ever

Starbucks, They have the worst customer service, trying to buy egift cards and they keep failing filed 3 complaints and no reply, tried to chat waste of time they don't answer you, tried calling another waste of time, get people if you can figure out how to get a person that cant speak English all they want to do is transfer you back to the auto directory Never get to anyone who can actually discuss issue Will stop trying and send our children regular gift cards. Never a Starbucks card. They have gotten to big for their on good and it will Bite them

Staff are so lazy..they pull me out coz they give me my order twice wrong.then they pull me out to park and said they gonna deliver it.take 8mins still no one came.i wemt to store all of them are just standing over the counter..very people..LAZY STAFF..PLS TRAINED THEM PROPERLY..VERY LAZY STAFF..VERY LAZY!!!

My favorite Starbucks drive through. The employees are so friendly and the drinks are also made properly.

Usually fairly goodbut ordered a shaken espresso and they gave me a grande worth in a venti order, and gave me avocado spread instead of cream cheese 4 bagels. What in the world were they thinking.They kept blaming the system, but avocado spread vs cream cheese is not a PC problem. Especially since they asked me to repeat what I ordered verbally 2 them - twice. I did not order any chips, salsa, or wraps.

This is an exceptionally good Starbucks. Great staff.

I go into this location all of the time and they’re always crazy busy but the staff is always polite and going as quick as they possibly can. I feel so bad for them having to deal with such horrible customers sometimes. Y’all are going great ??
