Stopped by after taking a friend to a physician. Used the drive through which was very easy. The gentlemen who took the order was pleasant and helpful. The drive through was clean (no trash) and easy to negotiate. Great place for a drive through.

This is my favorite SB location and I will go out of my way to frequent it. Why? Because the people are the friendliest and happiest staff! Admittedly, the layout of the drive thru isn't the best but to combat that, they typically have a staff member out near the entrance helping to take orders and direct staff. Even when the line has been out to Rancho, I've never waited more than 20 minutes and any wait is worth it bc the interactions with staff are so positive.

I needed a chai tea latte and it was so super yummy
Not sure if they are under new management or what… but service was AWFUL (walk up window) waited 15 mins .. no drink — which I was charged incorrectly for ! Try another place and save yourself the hassle.
Great and friendly staff. Outdoor seating doesn't appear to be cleaned these days but that could just be a pandemic thing.

Guy totally unprofessional Nd made it seem like my order was a joke I like having fun at work but he was totally clowning Nd unprofessional. I don’t know who put the kid who does voices on the drive thru but I’ve never seen something so unprofessional and rude. I’m not looking for a morning radio show when I want my coffee. And to add to it this he can’t take an order correctly. I get having fun at work but when it’s customer facing and they ask you to stop I think that’s unnecessary and I don’t need to spend my money on that.
