Cold and disappointing service. Never got our purchase and they didn't ensure the wrong one was picked up. Don't go into this particular location. Didn't get our items, no busy indifferent body behind the counter took the initiative to make sure we would get the right item, no names were on the products on the counter so we ended up losing our purchase. We didn't get a receipt either, so try not to pay cash here. They treated us to basic distance and they had zero time to tear off a reciept much less call out our order. ZERO courtesy at this location.
Sean the manager has terrible communication skills and is absolutely not supposed to be in a leadership role with his demeanor. Someone that leads a team should have the skills to do so and effective in their role. Starbucks needs to look into this leadership team

This is a great Starbucks. Good space inside for seating with high tops, low tops, and a few sofa chairs, a few outdoor tables, a drive thru, and super friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
The barista made me feel like she wanted to date me...or it was great customer serviceeither way my mocha was delicious
Went to drive thru at this location in Thousand Oaks. Ordered a hot chai tea latte, almond croissant and breakfast sandwich. All items were tasty and baristas were friendly.Drive thru can be busy depending on time if day. Limited parking due to location of their building on this corner lot area.Located diagonally across from USPS ofc and car dealerships.
Waited 10+ minutes for a drip coffee. Unfortunately it seems this particular location has forgotten that Starbucks started with these "easy" orders. Will not stop by this location again.

I've always had good service here. A few weeks ago we ordered Taylor's Version (A drink promotion with Taylor Swift) and the employee taking the order was so excited. It was adorable! I love to see the enthusiasm!
