Very nice workers not that busy if you are in a hurry this is faster than the drive thru and it's not all melted

The employees are great. Wish they would have more than one employee though. It takes a while to get your drink.

I visit all of the Starbucks in the Conejo Valley and this one is my least favorite! The help seemed bored withher job and this happened on both of my visits at thisStarbucks. Get a different employee to man this kiosk!

Like many Starbucks, the drive-thru here is pretty slow.
