This place was AWESOME. When I got my to go order I was actually very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the plating of the tacos. It looked like they actually cared about the presentation, and I really appreciated it. People don't spend time making food look good if they didn't take pride in their work.I had the sharkys salad and one of each of the new fried chicken tender tacos. My favorite one was probably the Korean style but if I was to rank the three different types they'd all be number one due to each of them having a different flavor profile that wasn't really like the other.The ONLY negative I've got is that I was visiting from out of town and we don't have this chain in Austin ?

The service at this Sharky's has been poor ever since I moved here 8 years ago. They continue to mess up orders and are defensive when they are corrected. food is p good which is the only reason i come back.

This guy is terrible and not have a customer facing job. He is rude and thinks he is going a favor to customers. He fails in Customer service and wonder how he became a manager. This guy needs to be put in the back away from customers.
Fast, friendly and efficient service. I had double carne asada on my fajitas and were cooked to perfection.

You guyzzzz my sister & I always split the mega size chicken nachos!! Always. And the drink options are the best! The key with the nachos tho..extra cheese layered between so the nacho goodies don’t fall apart..2 words for you: life changing. @ Sharky’s pls sponsor me & keep up the good work! Consistently good. This location is usually at least a little busy but food comes out quickly and as ordered. Staff is focused on the job at hand.
