Burgers were good, not overcooked like some places do it. Lost as to why when I ask for med rare and counter acknowledges it and most places make them over well done. This place doesn't do that. The burgers are smallish but cheap so evens out. One thing I found some lulz with is after ordering I need to show ID for beer. I'm 50 and cannot pass for 20 anything. Was told if I didn't have ID then they could not give it to me. I get the caution and insanity dealing with the SLA but that's a bit much.Fries were also done perfect. Definitely will be back when jonesing for a burger. Good place!

I ordered the Veggie Burger. It was really good! Better than most veggie burger options elsewhere. They also had this cool mushroom burger I wanted to try. Next time! The fires were bomb. At this location there are little kiosks that you order from, so it's such an easy dining experience. My friend was sad they didn't have the peanut butter shake anymore, but otherwise we had a nice lunch!
Man, oh man, was this food delicious! First time ever having Shake Shack. Stopped in Thousand Oaks location driving back to Bellflower. The staff was so friendly. The food look super good and tasted even better. Our family ordered a bit of everything and it did not disappoint. We are die hard In & Out lovers, but I think SS just might give them a run for their $$$
Hot, fresh, delicious.fries is perfect.burgers, buns are delicious tomatoes are red and fresh.price is little bit high.Price/quality index is little bit high.Suggested.
Finally tried and I understand the hype. Food was hot, fries were on point and I liked the ordering. But same as others the texting didn't work. Got the initial message but nothing after. Thankfully it didn't sit for long. Also not satisfied with the cost. This is fast food it should not be this expensive. Glad I tried but won't be back.
This is the best burger spot in SO CAL!!I heard a lot of talk about other spots...But Shake Shack is in a League of its Own!!The burgers are perfectly prepared, and the buns are top-notch. The wide-variery of fries makes it all the better.The customer-service is great, and the Managers do a great job.Don't cheat yourself; Treat yourself.
My First time and I had the best Bacon Avocado Burger and Crispy French fries with a Lychee refresher ! I am Hooked I can't wait to go back !!!!? Very helpful staff !!
Great Shake Shack overall. I love that they always have mobile ordering available so I never have to wait in their always insanely long line and get to customize my order. Their menu is like any other Shake Shack chain. They always also correctly make my order, the food is always delicious, and the order is always on time (based on the time frame the mobile app says). And this is despite them always having a line regardless of what time of day it is.One of the best Shake Shacks I've been to.
