Wow! What a great find. This is our new go-to favorite restaurant. The bacon wrapped shrimp and beef stroganoff were absolutely delicious. The pan roasted chicken with crispy spinach was out of this world and the flourless chocolate cake was so decadent and just perfect. The Whatever martini was the best drink I’ve ever had. Phil even came over yo meet us himself. We almost don’t want to tell people about this gem, but Phil’s deserves to be a huge success!
Wow!!! Simply wow!! Everything. Here is basically wow!Found this place incidentally and gladly I did! Trying to find a place that is open late is hard but found a place that is a bar and a restaurant and open late! Perfect package! They also have happy hour so take advantage!Decided to come here with a friend because looking at their menu, food looked amazing, seating was great and highly rated and plus open later than many other places so decided to give it a try. It’s like a hidden gem!We were seated immediately, place is spacious and has many tables and beautifully decorated. Basically what I learned toward the end of the night was that everything was basically about family! I love it and I’ve never seen anything like that before. The owner Phil came and introduced himself and greeted us and welcomed us. That’s amazing and it gives a place more value that you’re greeted individually and asked to take a look at the bar and each picture and thing put in the restaurants has its meaning!You get a different vibe in the restaurant,It’s classy and beautifully decorated and has its own atmosphere. Then you go outside area which is not really outside it’s still inside but you get the bar area with Tv and so many different kinds of beers and drinks. It’s spacious with stool bars and tables. This place is just amazingMake sure you ask about a tour of the place and you’ll be introduced to things and why they were put and even the shirt design! Highly recommend! I think it’s beautiful and gives the restaurant so much value!! I can’t wait to be back! Introduce friends and family here.So I got their chicken chronicle and it was something else. Chicken was so tender and had tomato avocado but those are covered with cheese. So good!It looks big but it was sooooo tasty! I couldn’t stop eating it! My friend had their Bronzino and it was sooooo good too. I tried it and it was super delicious If it wasn’t too late I would have definitely had their dessert but that’s why there is next timeStaff and owner are extremely friendly, they have various menu options to choose from. Plenty of drinks and dessert. It’s a really nice place if you have to be casual or dressed up. The classy area of the restaurant and the bar style outside is just a brilliant idea. Thank you Phil for a great night for introducing the place to us and explaining everything there. Will be back sooooon!
Just wanted to share that I had the BEST service yesterday at the new restaurant called Phil's. I NEVER leave reviews but honestly the food was good, the portions and price were good, and the service was like Harry Potter magic ?. Seriously I would ask for something and it practically appeared instantly. I went with my husband and 5 year old and they were amazing with her as well. Please go try them out if you haven't already. Carla was our server and she was so personable. Phil, the owner was extremely warm and welcoming.
Wow what a fantastic restaurant and bar. I cannot overstate what a great time we had here. First off the service was amazing. The staff was top notch and really made the evening enjoyable. We started the evening with the bacon wrapped shrimp which was fantastic. Then the spicy tater tots... a lot of restaurants just over cover the tots so there is no crunch...not at Phil's they came out perfect. Just the right amount of crunch while still getting just enough of the spicy sauce to taste it but not over power the tater tot. Finally as the last appetizer the Mac and Cheese.....now I have had Mac and cheese before and I like to think I make a pretty good Mac and Cheese....Phil's place has made me question my ability, and made my Mac and Cheese feel like it may as well have come from a box....it was hands down one of the best cheese sauces I have tried...not sure what the secret is but I would come back just for that.....the Entrees were just as good. We all shared a steak, the roasted chicken and the schnitzel. Each and every dish was spectacular. One of our group makes a darn good schnitzel and she is now crying that she can no longer make schnitzel after tasting the schnitzel at Phil's. I was thoroughly impressed and if you are in the area this new restaurant is a definite must try. Thanks Phil's you have really made a great first impression can't wait to try more of your menu!

Phil’s is a great place to meet a friend for lunch or a business meeting. Great wine and food selection. They’ve only been open for 3 months. I ordered the crispy Brussels- because if they’re on a menu, I’m ordering them! These were good but not great. A little too tangy and needed salt or another savory addition. My husband ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and loved it. Went down easy and had great flavor. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. Across the street there’s a car wash, you can always drop your car to get washed and have a quick bite at Phils. Phil’s is also next door to Starbucks. Great little corner to stop at if you work in the area and need to eat.
What a treasure. Located in the store front that was, for decades, T.O. Fish & Chips. Fine dining in the front. Bar for casual in the rear. Prices were very reasonable...and the food was delicious! Nightly specials are awesome. Friendly service...what's not to love about this place? I plan to return soon.
If you love tasty food, a well made cocktail and great customer service, you need to try Phil's. We went with a large group and had cocktails, many appetizers and entrees. Everything was simply delicious and the customer service was on point. The menu choices are original and everything was so tasty! We got to meet the chef and Phil himself. We finished off the night with deserts and were not disappointed. I'll definitely be going back and I'll be hanging out at the bar after a long work week too. If you're looking for a restaurant and bar that goes the extra mile, has original, delicious food and drinks or just want to hang out to watch the game and treat yourself to an upscale cocktail, then check this place out! I'll be back for sure.
Great ambiance in bright front restaurant then a cool bar area in the back with a different vibe. Food was amazing with every dish we ordered had us thrilled. Desserts over the top of deliciousness.
We had a wonderful meal. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff. Phil stopped by to say "Hi" and gave us great I site to the menu. Tip of the day.... Try the apple cobbler desert, Phil's Grandmothers recipe.
