The service at this location is so spotty. Prices of coffee there are charged differently each day! It’s unbelievable. Cashier can’t figure out my rewards. I just ordered an item an let her know I had a discount… she charged over the posted amount and said she didn’t see a reward discount. She then gave me the receipt which showed the reward I didn’t receive.Hazelnut coffee is almost never ready and the coffee area is consistently dirty.Getting ready to end my coffee subscription if they can’t get it together
The service was quick & here they serve the food at ur table. The place had a nice ambience to it. I love the soups here.Really good staff. We’ll visit this place again for sure.
I love the soups here! I always get it with half sandwich and the tea it’s great. I think it’s hibiscus.
Today, January 3, we went to get food. Manager was discriminating against my religious believes and my medical condition. We found another place where business did not discriminate against the constitutional rights of the people. we will never go to this panera bread location and will tell our friends about it.

It was so nice getting back to Panera since being in the office 18 months ago! Still very tasty but a bit high-priced. This location is very cozy and relaxing feel.
Unlimited iced coffee with the monthly subscription is absolutely worth it if you live close by.
Autumn squash soup is back!
This pace is in bad shape.Dirty floors. Broken chairs. "Wet floor" signs propped up again the wall for no reason. Burnt out light bulbs. Men's restroom was a mess; urinal out of order and door to the stalls broken, lights burnt out.Dirty dishes sitting on counter tops.The staff was polite, but the place itself is in terrible need of some TLC.
