Worst food & customer service. Owner really need to invest in training those employees & serve customers better Panda.
Great service, and amazing catering, food and prices were ideal! It was delicious and really organized receiving my order. Definitely recommend!
Honestly, this is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. To the point, I refuse to eat Panda anymore when near work by this location. More bad experiences than good. Same story. My love for Panda has been giving this location chance after chance for several years. Ordered food in person tonight, and just as always, there wasn't enough food there to make a simple plate. They had me pay up front after asking what entrees I wanted, and then I sat for 15 minutes waiting for them to update their food portions to serve myself and everyone else standing in line, and those that continued to pile in. Under normal circumstances you see the food they serve you, however when you're asked to sit and wait for them to catch up with making the food, you don't see them serving your plate. After over 20 total minutes of sitting there, my name was called with my food bagged. Not only did they not get the order right, but they proceeded to give me 5 whole total pieces of orange chicken with no sauce on them (bone-dry), and beef and broccoli which wasn't what was ordered. They then in turn just piled up the chow-mein to fill the plate. I tried to callback to let them know, but no one answered the phone for the last 40 mins they were open. Being completely transparent, the workers were extremely nice and pleasant, however that doesn't make up for the rest.
I luv this place...black pepper beef is so good!! They weren't taking phone orders. Only online orders. Makes a difference when paying with cash.
The eatery assumed the occupation of facilitating my occasion inside extremely close timetables. The food was so extravagant and not exorbitant. The spot was so warm to host a gathering. . It was all that we had expected. I enthusiastically suggest this eatery for any occasion.
There food has been made really good lately. But they are extremely lazy when answering a phone call even if there are 2 people working and a line they will just eliminate the people trying to make the phone call. Its ridiculous. Food is bomb tho. Ill just keep calling

Initially they were very attentive to the orders. But currently from past 2-3 months they are not paying attention. I am a regular customer and last three orders are complete disappointment.Ordered a combination of chow min and greens but received chow min and rice. Happened twice. Todays order missing hot sauce, utensils and napkins. Please pay attention to the online orders.
As always, great tasting Chinese junk food. Unfortunately, this particular location is always understaffed, and you could easily spend 10-15 minutes in line before you even place an order. Whenever you order Beijing beef they say; "We're out, it will be an additional 7-10 minutes. It could potentially be a good spot, but management is lacking.Update; used the app to order, arrived twenty minutes after it would've been supposedly ready, and still had to wait another thirty minutes.Conclusion; order from another location if you're not ready to spend at least thirty minutes waiting for yor food
This place does not open at 10AM. They are open more like 10:30-45AM
