Can't give it a 0 if not I would have.We waited approximately 20 minutes to be served, reason why? There was no Rice or chow main ready. Once the rice was ready they started serving the online orders and drive thru, we continue to wait for another 20 minutes when finally looked like we were going to be served our helper left with out taking our orders.Place was empty ?we were frustrated and hungry around 3:30 pm.

GOOD FOOD BUT TERRIBLE SERVICE LAST VISIT.HAD ORDERED COMBO-WAS AT WINDOW [ONLY 1 CAR BEHIND ME COS EARLY, ABOUT 4PM]. WANTED TO ADD APPETIZERS. SERVER [TONY A] DELIGHTED IN TELLING ME 'WE DONT ADD FOOD AT THE WINDOW -YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE LINE AGAIN.' HE KNEW I WASN'T HAPPY THEN IGNORED ME FOR THE REST OF THE TRANSACTION. I LEFT MAD. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO DID NOTHING. [ADD ON BUSINESS IS GOOD MARKETING, NOT TO MENTION IT TAKES MAYBE 1 MINUTE TO ADD TO AN ORDER AND PLEASE, RATHER THAN ALIENATE AND DISAPPOINT A CUSTOMER. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PANDA EXPRESS

I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are delicious and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we have a gorgeous evening. warmly recommended.
Terrible customer service. The lady who was getting my drive-through order complained at every step of the way. They ended up getting my order wrong (one plate was missing). When I went inside to get my missing order, the same lady took the other orders out of the bag, checked them and when she realized I was telling the truth, she had someone else bring the missing order. She did not put the the other order back in the bag and when I asked her to, she started throwing them in the bag. When I asked her to stop, she just walked away. Terrible attitude. Appetite killing attitude. This happened just a few minutes ago: Oct 31, 2021, 8:30pm.
