My girlfriend and were celebrating our anniversary and we decided to come here and as soon as we entered we were greeted by an awesome team by the host. Our server name was Duke, such a great server, very professional and his energy made us feel right at home. Duke was very attentive and super friendly and the food was very tasteful. I went to Olive Garden in Thousand Oaks on a Monday around noon. Our waiter was terrific. He went over the menu with us. We all chose endless bread sticks, soup and salad. The coffee and cream was great. They even gave us our own pitcher of coffee and it was great for refills nice and hot. The salad was light, fresh and tasty. It was a garden salad of romaine, tomatoes and light Italian dressing. My sister wasn't impressed with the salad. I enjoyed the soup although there was an unusually large amount of carrots. Bread sticks were delicious and they allowed us to take our time. We finished with tiramisu and a trip to a very clean restroom with handicap accessibility. There is also handicap parking in the front. Thank you Olive Garden for a great " girls- lunch- out"!
The service here is excellent and I'm really happy with the food quality. It's fresh and tasty. Enough menu variety, but not overwhelming. Good value as well.
I just want to say thank you to the manager that was working last Friday night at around 730 .. you where very accommodating to my diet and made sure that I was able to enjoy my time.. It was my one year sober anniversary and I was celebrating with my family and although you guys may not have know it was a special day for me you guys still made me feel amazing by working with me and my allergies and my doctors orders diet and making sure everything was spot on . I really appreciate it so thank you..
I have never been to this location. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered all you could eat soup and salad and son had chicken marsala. The minestrone soup was delicious and the serious great. Our server was wonderful! She was knowledgeable about the drink menu, food menu, and even the dessert menu, which we ended up having to take home.
Made an online order to go curbside and it was a very easy process. They send a text and when you arrive in a space, you type in the number and they bring your food out to you! Great customer service. Brought the food home and we devoured it! Very delish food. The tiramisu… wow. Thank you to my local Olive Garden for delivering a delicious dinner!
Unfortunately we had a bad experience. What we had wasn't as good as it use to be and our server made the experience worst. Soup tasted and looked like it was watered down. Salad didn't have enough dressing and tasted stale. Spaghetti was bland. Our waiter kept forgetting to bring us the things we asked for, and it wasn't even busy when we were there. We were so disappointed with our visit and will be going to other Italian Restaurants.
Food was excellent. Servers were very very pleasant. I would have liked them to refill some soup a little faster, but still a 5 star experience
We had a great dinner & salad & soup. We sat for awhile talked & ate & the waiter was very nice & left us alone like we asked. Good night
