Wonderful employees and awesome pizza with lots of options for toppings! You get Quality and Quantity at Mod Pizza!
Id give a 0 if possible. Pizza was made wrong and half my ingredients were missing. The box was soaking wet from the soda sitting on top and crush the box and my pizza. On top of it being ICE COLD. First and last time here ever.
The place is great and their employees were friendly. The pizza is good and the ingredients were fresh.
As a family we love mod pizza but this particular one wasn't the best experience. We felt really rushed at the counter trying to build our food. They were nice, but pushy in a way. Everything was built kind of haphazardly. The restaurant seating portion wasn't very clean either. Overall just not the best mod or experience we've ever had
The pizza tasted great, but I take issue with their pizza make line being illogically arranged for food safety. The meats are placed before the vegetables and fruit toppings and I watched both of my pizzas be made without either associate changing their gloves. Cross contamination is both unhealthy, and inconsiderate. I've been hospitalized for an infection of E.coli before, 3 days and $80k later and I educated myself on food safety. Vegetarians surely wouldn't appreciate this either. I emailed ModPizzs through the Contact Us form on their website, but after 2 business days I've not received a response, neither automated or human. Google prompted me to review a location that I recently visited, Mod Pizza, and that is what made me think to share my experience.
It is a bit expensive, especially the salads. $8 for a mini salad and $10 for a 10 inch flatbread pizza. Add a couple drinks to that and you're spending over $45 for two people.
Great pizza and friendly staff. They have gf crust as an option.
Prompt and professional. Although last time around I need up taking back someone else's pizza. That was a genuine mistake
River was a great server, the food (pizza, salad) was great. I truly recommend this place
The pizza is always great, but the last two times I was here the workers just chatted with their friends instead of giving anyone their online orders. Seems more like a hang out than work, not a good look for customer service.
