This location took drive thru orders, you paid at the window, and then they told you to park in the (already completely full) parking lot to wait for your food. I waited almost 15 minutes. Then couldn't get out of the parking lot for an additional few minutes because it was so packed with cars waiting on their "drive-thru" orders. People were just parked with their hazard lights on not in designated parking spots because so many people were waiting. Not sure what was going on inside, but stopping for a quick cheeseburger for my kid ended up being an almost 30 minute stop that I definitely didn't have time for.
Clean dining tables and they regularly sanitize it. Cashier is nice and their happy meal is my niece favorite.
Sometimes u just want fries n nuggets.but 4 me. Having some worker come up to my car and ask what i want b4 i even have a chance to look over the menu is just not oj.in n out does it too. Creepy.alas food was good and still cheap.
Got there on March 2, 2022 at 10:00pm went inside to the lobby and was told that they were closed. There drive through closes at 10pm and lobby till 12. Weird they might be short of staff. Don't make trip today
I may be biased but personally I've never had a problem with the food or the employees here. 5 stars for the fries alone because they are very good
Long line in front and behind me. Only i had to park and wait for my order....just to end up stale fries. Guess it is true that people only go to McDonald's for mcflurries and other non-food items. No excuse for my food not being fresh when I had to wait for it
I have not been to McDonald's in probably 3 years, if not longer. I wish I had kept it that way. not worth waiting in line. And definitely not worth almost 2 dollars. Sorry, I can't say better things here. The parking lot is very hard to get in and out of.
Worst burger ever had in my life. Bread was burnt and smelling bad. Also the chicken was very bad in taste. I had to throw them out and order in different restaurant. Never recommend to anyone
This is by far the worst McDonald's. You have about a 50/50 chance of them getting your order right and they are so slow. I honestly can't believe they pay these guys 15 an hour. And don't expect any of them to understand that they got your order wrong. They will pretty much ignore you if they think they have to fix an order. There are two, maybe three competent people that work there and none of are management. Save yourself some frustration and avoid this place if possible.
NP McDonald's seems to have some challenges but not sure if it's their system or app itself connecting to their system. All other locations,such as BOTH TO location and Calabasas works well without a hitch.
