Waiting 35 minutes when everybody else orders came out. Mess with the orders. No appologies for the delay. The cashier ran away right before they give my order.
Ordered online and showed on time,they told me it is been made, wait another 20 plus minutes,I when and ask again for my order,then They told me that They don't have my order,have to wait another 20 plus minutes and after They made my Pizza all I got is ,Your Pizza is ready, very disappointed, I do understand that mistakes are made,but there is always a way to fix things,a sincere apology will be fine.
They were great here! I goofed, hard... We and a social distanced softball party's and I accidentally put in the order for the wrong store.The team here got my other order cancelled, and did at quick turn around! Less then 20 mins later I had my huge order and was out the door!
Pizza was ok what do you expect when you pay 6$ for pizza? could have used a little bit more marinara sauce..was really dry had to dip it in my soda so it could go down

Their contactless robotic pizza pick-up machine is fantastic. Order on the APP, scan the QR code when you get there and you don't have to touch a thing. Pizza is always hot, fresh and ready on time to. And so cheap! Respect to the Detroiters behind this amazing pizza chain.

I had a small order at this store through Door Dash - I got a call from the driver asking if I already picked up my order, which was pretty concerning because I hadn’t. And even if someone took my order it wouldn’t have mattered much to me, I can be patient if they had to make it again, but they decided not to do that.I guess it was too close to closing time bc they just cancelled my order instead. Now I have to wait 5 days to get my refund from Door Dash. I just wanted to order their bread, but they ended up taking mine for 5 business days ??
I place an order by phone costumer services was very friendly the gentleman was very respectful and he really pay attention on what I requested I was so happyMy pizzas was perfect.
Little Caesar's has always been good. Pricing is reasonable, they are exceptionally fast with their service, and special orders are no problem. Quality and quantity are also better then most...?...?..great job!
