Stopped by for a coffee and ended up just chatting bikes with the staff for a solid 45 mins. Super relaxed and welcoming, got some good insights from the staff. Support your LBS!

Great shop , always available to help. Have got a few knick knacks here at great prices.

This place is by far the best bike shop. No pressure on any level and very professional, reasonable service.

This is one of the best bike shops I have been too. Vince and his team are pleasant, helpful and most of all passionate about cycling. They helped me find the perfect bike to fit my needs. I would suggest you check out the shop and see what they can do for you.

Rude on the phone for a quick question. ?

I stopped by JRA bikes and Brew since I noticed a loose bottom bracket. Not only did Bryan replace my bottom bracket… He went through the entire bike replaced the rear derailer, cassette, chain, serviced the dropper post and did a full fork service all while I waited! When I went out side for a few minutes apparently he even checked for sealant and topped off the Stans in both tires… Even trued the wheels. I’m not sure my bike has ever had this much love. These guys are absolutely amazing…from the owner to the rest of the crew all are first class. Huge thanks to them for getting me back on the trail.

I stopped by for the first time to this bike shop Vince the owner took the time to address the issues I was having with my mountain bike and he resolved the problem great customer service I will be back

I just moved to the area and brought my bike in for a tune-up based on a google search and good reviews. The tune-up was poorly done. With the issues I mentioned going in to it not addressed (brake pads rubbing on wheels). I then brought it back a few days later as a part had to be ordered. Only to find out the wrong size part was ordered & it would be another week. And that I would have to leave my bike there until then as they had already started taking it apart. A bit frustrating as I commute for work and would have to preferred to have my bike. A very frustrating part is one of my special puncture resistant tires was replaced with some other basic tire that is completely different without confirming that was the kind of tire I wanted or asking what kind of tire I even wanted or giving me options. And day 2 of commuting I got a flat and had to walk home from work. Will be purchasing a new tire and calling to ask for a refund on the tire they chose to give me. Have had better service for lesser prices and more professionalism at my old local shop. Was hoping for better:(

Hopefully their coffee is better than their customer service. When I arrived I was the only customer in the shop ( no surprise there .....), and nobody wanted to help me. Finally the owner asked a female to help me and visibly annoyed at having to tear herself away from the guy she was conversing with.... she forced herself to barely answer a few questions but refused to really focus on my bike, since her mind was obviously somewhere else. Unfortunately, their coffee isn't much better, from the other reviews.

I had my second tire sidewall blowout of the day halfway through a century ride. I was all out of spares and stranded two miles from the shop. Vince the owner came and picked me up in his truck, my tire was replaced swiftly and after a delicious espresso and coffee cake I was back on the road, good as new.Vince even shared some local road expertise for getting back onto my planned route. Thanks for saving my butt and for the all around great shops experience!!!
