This place has the best customer service. Lauren was very kind. She check with every customers every now and then to see what they need while dining. All staff were friendly. Our food was ready in less than 10 mins. Coffee was great! Love it.

Breakfast this morning was Awesome! Outstanding Customer Service, Outstanding food. The Jinky’s Nitro Omelette was the best breakfast I have had in years, very spicy, very good. The personnel were Great, Fast and Friendly! And Great Coffee! Jinky’s seems to understand how important great customer service is to a great dining experience. We will be back, for sure!
Placed a simple order this morning on the phone with a male employee. When we got home the order was incorrect. I called back and spoke to the same employee who took my order. Since we were already home and starving I opted out of returning for the correct order, and wasting food unnecessarily, and asked if instead we could get a discount on our next order since we go there often. He proceeded to say that since I wasn't charged for avocado that should suffice. The order I originally placed was $16 and was charged $18 (my mistake for not noticing sooner). So, I payed more for the wrong order sans the add on I requested. When I brought that up I was then hung up on. I called back and nobody answered.Seriously Jinkys? That's some cowardly behavior and an absolute failure of a proper customer service model. I hope you read this and see who worked on March 5th, at 11 a.m. at the Thousand Oaks location and hold your adult employee accountable on their immature response to a complaint. If you make a mistake, you correct it because you value the customer. Not try and justify the error then behave like a child to conflict with the people who give your restaurant business.

The breakfast menu has dozens of choices. I had the spicy voodoo omelet that had good spicy flavor without being over the top. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating including both indoor and outdoor. Good, quick service.
A great menu, breakfast served all day, dinner and lunch I'll be trying asap as well,great service, extra helpful. Showed up 30 minutes before they closed and was not rushed at all. Very hospitable and ate wayyy too much food and had the best breakfast I've had in a while. Definitely found a new place I'll be going to a lot more.
This review is not for the food but for the best employee her name is Michelle she is the best employee there. Always smiling and good service with politeness. I love to come here because of her.

It was not very crowded so we got a table immediately. I can't imagine that would be the case on the weekends. I had a chili omlette, I loved the chilli. Everybody seemed happy with their orders. Service was good
