This is a great place. The food is always good, and the service is always good.I was surprised that someone else said something negative about the bread, because that is my favorite part of their sandwiches. Maybe it was just an off-day; who knows.
Placed order for pick up at 1:17, arrived in store at 1:30 and they had not started making the 8 sandwiches. Only one customer there and 4 guys working. Informed they had no tuna. Took them 10 min to make subs. NOT freaky fast.

I wanted to love it. I really did. But the sandwich was sloppily made. The bottom of the bread was so soggy it was like a paste. The sides of the bread were hard and cold. The sandwich was crammed with so much lettuce that's all you can taste. It had 3 slices of super thin sliced ham that lined the bottom. I took 4 bites and had to get rid of it. It was like eating a lettuce sandwich. Sad thing is, it wasn't crowded at all, so there should have been no excuse for the mess I got. Hoping it was just a fluke. Maybe I'll try again in a couple of months considering how many good reviews this particular location got.

There are a few great sandwiche places to be found, but Jimmy John's is just a bit different and that is what pushes them ahead of the rest.

Great food, great service. Freaky fast is a real thing here, there's been a few times they had my sandwich ready before I got to the soda machine.
