JERSEY MIKE'S makes one hell of a sandwich!!!!
I ordered 2 sandwiches to be delivered. When my order arrived by Doordash, there was only 1 sandwich so I attempted to call the store. I had to call 6 times before somebody finally answered the phone. When I explained my order was incorrect, I was asked if I could come in and get a replacement. Since I had just tipped Doordash’s drive $7.00 to deliver my order and it was raining outside, I asked if they could deliver it to me. The employee told me it was impossible since they only had 3 employees working. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I expected to see a lobby full of people but to my surprise the lobby was complete empty. Not a single customer. Really?????I won’t be ordering from this Jersey Mike’s in the future. Whatever happened to good customer service? They certainly don’t offer it at this location.
Never picks up phone calls
I love Jersey Mikes but there's something seriously wrong with this location. They mess up the online orders EVERYTIME and you can't call to get it fixed because they won't answer the phone. The manager should be replaced with someone who can properly train the staff.

If you like East coast style sandwiches or more specifically Jersey Mike's I highly recommend this location. It's all about the staff and this location has the nicest, warmest sandwich shop staff ever! Great customer service is what keeps us coming to this location.
Never answers the phone. Only way to order is online.

I got a ham & Swiss & to be truthful the ham was a bit grislywhich surprised me. That was a 1st.
Ordered my usual #17, 1st time and last time at this location! Worst sandwich ever. I asked for extra cheese but received extra peppers and onions, no cheese at all, very dry and tasteless.
