I have a problem every time I come here! Everything from my order being lost, to not confirming door dash orders so it says it's being prepared while it was actually done 15 min ago. Employees just standing around talking while I'm waiting for them to start my sandwich. I'm posting this on the exact date and time of when this took place so don't ask me.
Every time I've gone there they have a new price for the same Dam sandwich. Which is $ 7.50 a mini Calif. Club , last time it was 2 dollars more for bacon & 1.99 for guacamole ? That is what the sandwich comes with ? That's why I get it ?? $ 11.49 for 1 sandwich. I go to Westlake & it's always $ 7.50 + tax.
Got refused service and kicked out for not wearing a mask. There are many reasons to be exempt from the mask mandate but the manager and workers didnt care. Simply refused my service while repeating the same tired line "you have to wear a mask"... news flash... you dont actually and many MANY places dont care... those places get my business, you wont going forward.
Service is super slow, buncha high schoolers working there so makes sense they don’t care about speed
This is a much better Jersey Mike's than the one on Janss Rd. The employees are much more respectful in my opinion. My only complaint is that the regular sandwiches have a very large amount of sodium that you won't know about unless you research it yourself. If you don't mind the sodium, you just want food that tastes good, and you want it prepared by people who don't have an attitude, then this is the spot for you.
