My wife loves Korean BBQ. We wanted to try a new spot but this was not it. In general, the portions were small, the options are a fraction of what other locations offer, but the worst part was that the food was severely lacking in flavor. For KBBQ veterans, you should know there is no rice paper, radish paper, ttokbokki, KFC, and only 3 side dishes. The pinnacle of the dull experience was when we ordered the vegetables and they brought out an awkward plate with 6 pieces of random veggies, at this point we couldn't help but giggle as I jokingly suggested we rock, paper, scissor for the piece of asparagus. I will say, the service was exceptional with waiters checking on us continuously. If you want to stay in T.O. this could pass as a decent experience, otherwise do yourself a favor and drive 30-45 minutes for a more authentic experience.
Pretty dissappointed in their pricing structure, they are more expensive than most Korean BBQ which is ok until you find out Galbi is an extra $5 and limited 1 per customer on their premium menu selection. Most places include Galbi so considering this it is about 30% more expensive than the better Korean BBQ 20 miles up the road. Food is still good and if you're craving Korean BBQ it will get the job done.
This was an interesting experience the decor was awesome the service was great very friendly staff very responsive of food and me however was a little lackluster very tasteless but overall it was an experience
Requested a Kimchi side in my takeaway order, was assured that it's possible and will be done. When I came home, surprised to see it was hot chips, which was a very surprising and unwanted side for a Korean meal.
Great place, love the manager and food is always amazing. Also, your womens bathroom right hand sink has a stoppage. It’s been two months, please call a plumber because it could become a worse issue.
This place is great and the lots of meat selections. The staffs are very friendly.
Food is good. it’s great to come with family/friends. However be prepared to front a hefty bill. It’s not cheap. Lots of fees associated with it. Waitress staff was friendly however service was slow and they forgot drinks. I would return, just not anytime soon

My dad and I had an awesome time at Janchi! We weren’t sure about going out last night and are so glad we did.The Miso Pork and the Spicy Pork Belly was DA BOMB.It was our first time and Orianna helped us navigate everything and was super fun! Definitely will be back and hope she’ll be there too!
