We’ve tried this donut shop several times over the years and I just picked them up again yesterday (due to convenience of proximity). It seams every time the donuts are extremely oil logged, and with old oil at that which just make you feel sick. Test for yourself- microwave a donut for 30 seconds and see how much oil you can squeeze out of it, it’s sickening ?
So i bought boba for 6$ and i put the straw in and it exploded and did not get a refund. In addition, she is mean and hostile for no reason and slightly racist towards me and my friends. She also grabbed my phone and my friends debit card at the counter without our consent. I would give a 0 star review but I can’t.

A true Thousand Oaks gem! The best donut shop in town! I’ve been going there since I was a kid. Friendly and loving staff. Great variety of donuts and reasonably priced.
Ive been coming here since i was a child.THEY NEVER HAVE CUSTARD PASSED 12PM & its honestly ridiculous lol because im pretty sure it in the top 5 favorites in the world. Ill go in there anywhere from 1-5 & they have everything but custard. Im a huge fan of custard the employee said she had some then said it felt light so there is probably no filling in it. So put some in it? Ill wait should probably take less then 4 minutes. Just lazy. I bet if they made more they would be bought. Make more and start focusing on what your customers want. Big suggestion, sorry is a lame response. So ill just drive to thousand oaks blvd and go to the donut shop that is out of my way but ALWAYS accommodates its customers and has every donut in stock until closing.

I went in with my family to get donuts but as we went in we saw a fly flying and touching all the donuts. I decided to order the ice coffee but all that they gave me was black coffee with literal ice cubes in it, I didn’t want to pay for the supposedly “ice coffee” so I told her I didn’t want it anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Like the donuts from here is close to my house and they have fresh Donuts with a very good variety of flavors .??
