The cashier was nice, but the manager Ari ruins this location. I selected a pepperoni personal pizza, but their site sent it over as “topping”. Therefore, I only got a plain pizza yet paid extra for a topping that I never got. When I nicely asked for $1 refund, Ari stated it was my fault for not selecting pepperoni (when I did). She was rude and said that they didn’t know what topping I wanted. A simple phone call to me could have corrected the confusion. Then she said customers select topping, and pay extra all the time for plain pizzas. So, she’s admitting to robbing people. Why would we pay extra for a topping if we didn’t want a topping? This was the stupidest argument I’ve ever had that could have been resolved with a $1 refund. Ari refused to do the right thing and defended the error and spoke down to me. What terrible management.
Excellent service and food here. Placed a large order online and was fresh hot from the over when I picked up. Service was very friendly and they appreciate time they took to put my order together correctly.
Pizza was great but the redheaded clown taking my order was a little rude
Great vegan pizza!! They don't skimp on the cheese like other places. Fully loaded vegan pizza means loaded. You get what you pay for.
Fresh Brothers has the best pizza in town. The customer service is amazing. Always friendly.
Very slow service here, had to wait an hour for a simple pizza. Totally inefficient and poorly managed back in the kitchen. All other customers equally annoyed at the slow service. Again, very poorly managed kitchen.
This location is great for pizza, taste really good and there is one lady that is always very nice and friendly.
I’ve been coming here for years and weekly sometimes many times a week and they just decided a few days ago to not toss salads anymore...A lot of us eat lunch in cars and tossing is a nightmare. This policy change just lost them my long standing business.I am very upset about this change because I enjoy their food and their quality.
