Dissatisfied with the experience and order at this location, elsewhere is better than here, I went in and ordered and then 2 people behind me in line got there orders first, cheese on my burger wasn't even melted, asked for ranch on the side, didn't even get any, it wasn't even busy, geez, I can see why the competition burger joints are doing better successfully...
Love the burgers. Very consistent across locations. If you want crispy fries, however, you need to tell them repeatedly so it ends up on the order. I asked twice and despite reminding the order taker, it still didn't end up on the order and my fries, both regular- and steak-style, needed to be thrown in the toaster when I got home, a 4-minute ride.
I got The Impossible Burger combo with sweet potato fries, and it was delicious. Had to deduct 1 star because $15 for a combo is absolutely ridiculous. As tasty as it was, I won't be able to afford going back often.
Food was great. I did their burger challenge that they have. It was a lot of fun. Although I don’t think my photo ever ended up on the board! Oh well. Friendly staff.
Get burgers without salt. They over do the seasoned salt. Then, burger is good. Steak fries are really good too.

ken was so helpful and super kind when i came in after a long day of work. he suggested a vegetarian item for me on the menu and even took my order before closing with sincerity and politeness. i really appreciate people like this because there really isn’t enough of them left - and i work too hard to get food after work to be treated like garbage and i’m grateful that ken went above and beyond his job to exude exceptional customer service. he deserves a raise. truly. and i don’t even know the guy. please take this review into consideration for all the hard work and sales your employees generate for you: thank you fatburger & most importantly, KEN!
