I have never been treated so rudely because they were out of the drink I ordered and paid for and asked for my money back. I got the manager shoving my money back at me after the first young lady at the window slammed the window and scowled at me. Then the manager shoved my food at me, hanging the bags outside my car, lower than my window, each time. They also short changed my order, so I had to ask for the rest of the food All of this because they were out of the drink I wanted. Pathetic service!!
This el pollo Loco often makes the chicken fresh and good but the service is not very good.

Healthy, consistent and well priced. Not to the quality of Chipotle but this is fast food.
It's an ok place to eat but they are almost always out of chicken legs and they make you repeat yourself many times
This is the third time that I come here and I get that horchata and it's watered down so much you can't even smell cinnamon in it.You are better off waiting a few minutes and drive to Del Taco.
If your restaurant closes at a certain time then your hours on the website should reflect that. I checked beforehand to see if you guys were open and online it said the restaurant closes at 10. I get there at 9 only to be told that you’re closed. The food is great, but please fix your posted hours.
Makes mistakes on orders (drive thru) … called and barley cared. Better training and managing problems would help.
The KETO burrito is not KETO. They use regular high carb tortilla. Total disappointment and if the gal wasn't honest and told me I would not have known . I give a 3 rating because the double chicken avocado salad was good (and is keto). The salad by itself is a 4-5 rating.
Quantity and taste was good enough. Smashed potatoes are not that tasty
