Today we ordered pizza from Domino's it was a good experience. We hadn't ordered in a long time because they had priced themselves out of our budget. We are seniors and live on a fixed income I happened to see the 50% off sale on all pizza's on the menu. I was able to order online good experience. The young man was nice when picking up our order. Our pizza was very nice and prepared as ordered the Cinnamon knots and apple dip were a delight. Overall I think Domino's has improved since we last ordered. I will be watching for more sales it's the only way we can purchase thank you Domino's.
One of the worst locations. AWFUL. Unprofessional, unreliable beyond description. They are so bad they don't deserve to be in business. VERY unprofessional, you don't treat people that way. Go elsewhere if you're shopping for a good experience. Is he the manager? he should be reported. They've treated me really bad and I was very nice to them. They will literally tell you to call somebody else and will cancel your order. When you ask for a manager the man who sounds like he is a foreigner will sidestep your questions, evade accountability, and its simply WRONG as in unethical. They've got it wrong; we have "problems" with THEM. I have never dealt with a worse location with this franchise, its more satisfying to starve than be subjected to them. If you've been hurt by the phone staff the same way you're not alone, this is just a cold, uncaring location in Newbury Park. And if you get sick? no one will help either. They do not communicate. Once when a paid for item was left out of our delivery we had to call them several times to get any clarity or assurance. He (who am I speaking with? lol) has a softer voice with an accent. If you are kind to delivery drivers and phone staff AND are a good tipper, patronize a better "restaurant." They also don't follow delivery instructions which can be a real problem. They've also raise their prices and their food quality is very inconsistent, once there was a receipt thrown in on top of the pizza. It's just not worth it and it can be said that they discriminate. Maybe that's what they want. Stay away from this Domino's!
I use to really love this place but something happened with the staff and now I don't want to order from them anymore. They're very rude, it's awkwardly quiet and tense in store, and the food quality went way down, sometimes the wings and bread comes undercooked. I guess I have to try a new pizza place (Ameci's is pretty good and close by)
We get a few pizzas here a couple of times a month and have always enjoyed it. I highly recommend trying the marinara sauce instead of the original but to each his own!
Literally anytime I try to place a order after 9 PM, these guys are the rudest, slowest, biggest cry baby workers I’ve ever experienced. Whoever manages this location, needs to get a grip on their employees. What is this? The next Dick’s location? I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Chicken wings were not good. The pizzas we normally order is always good, but I will never order chicken wings again.
A lot of times the store will simply pick up the phone when you’re calling them to order and then hang up over and over and over again. This usually happens anytime after 10:30 As I’ve had this happen to me multiple times on multiple different days! And I don’t know what they do to their pizzas but they taste nasty and over salted.
Very prompt and professional. Multiple catering orders and always on time and consistent taste. Good job
Staffs in this center (2409 Michael Drive Newbury Park, CA 91320) are rude. They treat you like you gone to get free pizzas. I am a customer there since 2013 and now some news folks runs this shop.
