So much fun. The arcade and game section is amazing. My kids and I love it. Great place to watch the UFC fight. The food is not very good. It's been a waste of money and complete disappointment every time.. every..... single... time. Great staff. Ohh, .....and the $3 activation fee per game card a ripoff.
Management is great there! Things break and they work quick to repair them and work with you to help if something goes wrong. Honestly, most places now don’t have customer service but the staff and managers have all been so wonderful and friendly it’s beyond refreshing. Great fun place and amazing staff!!!
Great staff. Had issue with a game and the manager of electronics, Adam, came and helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the game right away.Very courteous and friendly staff.The food is awesome and the drinks are great!Thanks for making my birthday great!
Good Food and fun great Service
After having heard great things about this place, we were finally able to take the kids and some friends for the first time. The atmosphere upon entering was a bit hectic and energetic. Staff was nice and prompt but wish they were a little more informative considering we said it was our first time. However, the transaction overall was quick and smooth. Painless? Definitely not! $150+ for four kids to be able to have enough “chips” to play games. The games seemed to range from 1.9 chips to 10-11 chips on average from what I saw. Not a cheap place to go but it’s local and clean and better yet, the kids had a blast! The ticket redemption store was very neat and clean. However, the choice of items to cash in your tickets for a decent prize is minimal unless you have over 3000. We didn’t eat there but I have heard really good things and look forward to trying them in the future. If you’re looking for something local, fun and different than the norm, whether with the family or an adults only outing, check out Dave and Buster’s!

I love Dave & Buster’s! It’s a very fun place for people of all ages. I’ve taken my very young niece and nephew there before and I’ve also gone there with friends. They have a restaurant and a bar with some good drinks and food. Nice fun arcade games to play. They stay open late and the customer service is pretty good. Definitely a fun place to go and something to do locally in the area. Recommend it
Food was so so (family had some kind of bacon burger, Fish & Chips and a kids burger)...my fish was tasty, light and flacky, the bacon burger wasn't anything special, and sadly my son could barely eat his burger...just didn't like the taste. Drinks were decent...the games were A LOT of fun! Some of the prizes were reasonably "priced" and some were 4+ times the price if you bought it off Amazon. We will be going back but will be eating else where before we go!
Last night we had my son’s 8th birthday there! We didn’t reserve any shared space or party rooms (which I suggest doing to make sure you have a spot) but Nick Wilson the asst. General manger accommodated us even on a busy Saturday. He went above and beyond to make sure my party was taken care of. We had about 35 people and he assigned one server to our section and Sebastian did an AMAZING job! He was so friendly, always checking in on us, the food and drinks came out fast! It was such a busy night but we would never have known considering the amazing service we had. Definitely recommend having a birthday party here in Thousand Oaks! Great staff, clean restaurant, and great games!
Had a really goodnight with my boyfriend! We sat and ate; I had a burger which was BOMB(it had mushrooms with a tomato aïoli sauce) and he had the grill chicken sandwich. I got two drinks the backwoods lemonade and this strawberry mango drink that had strawberry popping boba. We played a bunch of games but only got enough tickets for candy? all the games were fun and we are looking forward to going back again very soon?
