Brought my grandson as a treat for his birthday. A young lady came rushing from the back and seemed very annoyed. Asked us very curtly what we wanted and when my grandson said vanilla she seemed even more annoyed to announce that they were out of vanilla. The other young lady there seemed to be embarrassed at her co-worker's attitude. We bought 3 different flavors, total was $19.47. Gave her $20.50 and had to tell her what my change was as she clearly could not do simple math. Let me also mention that she had long dark hair with a white streak which was NOT tied up. I will definitely NOT be revisiting this place EVER.
The ice cream is really good. But customer service is horrible this girl there treated me so bad in front of my daughter I was so embarrassed she was so disrespectful
BEWARE HOURS ARE NOT ACCURATE ONLINE!!! They locked the door in our faces when it says they should be open for 30 more minutes!!! Call first or you’ll be sorry! We drove 20 min out of our way to go here because it said it was still open!!!
Good ice cream. Store is not limiting indoor crowd and workers didn't enforce County mask requirements. I got my treat but felt pretty uncomfortable waiting to place my order.

I came in 2 hrs before closing and they were super low on half of the flavors. Like barley enough for a cup! I ordered a love it of one of the flavors and they barely filled the cup half way- still charged me for a love it. My bf got a like it. They overfilled it and charged him for a love it. You could tell the girls didn’t want to be there. I wish I took a picture of our cups. Very inconsistent.
Terrible service. I actually had to ask several times for the teenage girls behind the counter to help me, then one of them rolled her eyes and when I asked for a scoop of vanilla, she said they were out. I replied, really? An ice cream shop out of vanilla ice cream???Not going back there. A shame, used to be a nice place.

Would give it a 0 if I could. The customer service was disgusting at this place. I walked in and they said they didn’t accept Apple Pay and the guy was like “wE cLoSe iN 10 mInUteS bTW”. So I literally rushed home to get my wallet and got back with 4 minutes remaining. The girl then said she was out of milk and couldn’t make my milkshake. I am sure they were just lazy and really wanted to close. They really tried every possibility just to not serve us. Avoid this location at all costs.
