Horrible experience, the picture games didn't have film. Food took forever and had to cancel it . I waited like 45 mins and after that I canceled it.
The kids love it and they don't let them leave without a parent or guardian
I really liked the staff at this location. They were great with the birthday party and enthusiastic.
Always a great place for kids If you could go during the week it's mostly empty and the kids acan get a lot of play in a short time
Prices have gone up. Games aren't as unique and the pizza isn't what it use to be.

Have had their pizza in the past, but this time, despite my son and I starving, was too bad to eat.
This is the nicest Chuck E. Cheese location that I have been to for these reasons:1) More consistent supervision at door, monitoring the entrance and exit. This is a big part of this chain security and at other locations, I have observed lots of time periods without anyone there. I purposely chose a table by the door so I could monitor this yesterday, and I estimate that there was an employee there 90% of the time during the 2.5 hours I was there2) Chuck E. Cheese made regularly scheduled appearances throughout the restaurant. Again, I have rarely seen this at other locations.3) Employees seemed very diligent about monitoring the kids well-being. I saw a couple of employees "Rounding" on a regular basis4) The Pizza was betterEverything else about our visit was a typical Chuck E Cheese experience. They have "Bands" now in addition to the cards that customers load money on to.We had a great time there with our grandkids!
