I don't normally give any place less than 4 stars unless something was really bad, but this place had a lot of minor wrong going for it. Poor lighting, slow service and a boring chef who overcooked my scallops: though I will admit my fillet and shrimp were spot on. Seasonings are seriously lacking. No garlic or lemon? Salt and pepper? Why is the fried rice so tasteless? Dipping sauces are different but good. Overall an ok place, but I'm not gonna go back.

We were a party 12 but not given largeParty seating my family was left seated between grills with two of us atOther grill. No view of cheif. Chief lgnored us and failed to provide all of meal. Our lobster portion went to others. Then they seated new party at our grill, nice people, but this was to be private birthday party and still in middle of our meal.I will never returnPB

Always delicious food. The sushi rolls were great! Came for lunch hoping for Tepan dining. No Tepan for lunch.Lunch menu changed a bit but still has a lot of variety.

Great show and good food. Pricey but it's worth it. The banana split was yummy too.

This was our first time coming here. We live about 20 miles away, but we wanted to try a new teppanyaki restaurant. And I have to say, we were greatly impressed! We were taken to a table quickly, and our waitress was very kind and took care of us. The chef was very personable, and the food was cooked to perfection! Our 3yo actually ate all of the rice and chicken we had gotten him ?. It was a bit of a drive for us, but the next time we are in the mood for teppanyaki, we will definitely be coming back here!

Bad experience I hate to diss on a place while they are short staffed but not a good first impression. All of our meals (5) came out at different times in fact not even all of my party received their food before we left. Waited over an hour before leaving. Very poor experience unfortunately. However our server was great, she was doing her very best to keep us satisfied and up to date on the status of the kitchen so props to her. Maybe will try again in the future haven't decided yet.

Did the Teppenyaki for the first time!! It came with A LOT of food, so if you’re hungry, come with an appetite! This was the lobster tail meal for ~$42. It came with a salad, a mushroom & dried onion soup, your choice of rice (steamed or fried). I got steamed but the fried rice the chef makes for you! You also get mixed veggies, shrimp (dependent on the meal you get), and your entree. And there are 3 yummy dipping sauces to choose from - the red is like a sweet chili sauce, the white sauce is like a creamy mayo & the brown sauce is a peanut sauce.Overall, for the show we got, and all the food - SO WORTH the money!!!Word of advice though: PLACE A RESERVATION if you do Teppenyaki. They try to fill the tables so the chefs can get their worth of cooking. And try to be there within 15 minutes of your reservation time (if you have multiple people have them come on time too).

I have been a loyal customer for 18 years and yesterday was probably the last time I go back for sushi at least. The Teppan is always great! I ordered 2 yum yum hand rolls and ken special roll. It was like they minimized the amount of sushi and made everything small. I asked the waitress what was this they brought me and showes the photos in the menu which has a good portion of sushi. I honestly thoght I got the wrong order. She replied with, they are making some changes. If charging top dollar and getting less food,I am out. Better rethink what you are doing. Staff is wonderful. Go for teppan only!

Food was okay, service was great, but wow on the prices. You have to pay dinner prices for lunch. $64.00 before tip is a little steep for lunch. I think they need to consider having a separate luncheon menu rather than one menu for both, and then price accordingly. Okay to pay dinner prices at dinner time, but not at lunchtime.

Little disappointed. For the price, I was hoping for better food. The person preparing our food barely acknowledged us (maybe he was having a bad day) and the chicken was very dry. The Ahi was good and the waitress was friendly. However, not worth the $150 for dinner for two adults and two children.
