Changing 4 stars to 2 star rating.I have ordered few Sofritas Bowls with white, brown rice, corn, veggies, black beans, Sofritas and lettuce.I wonder why did I get the meat pieces in the veg Sofritas bowl.I don’t recommend this store for vegetarians.
As someone who worked there, I confirm all of your comments. Working there with the manager on duty is bad and makes the restaurant worse. What you have seen or experience, is not just once, is every day. And careful with the food, you don't know if they washed the veggies properly or if they even wash them ?.Specially when it's about online orders, manager don't care about it and blames it on the employees, just in case if you wondered why NP chipotle takes so long with your orders, usually they make them when people is already mad, is not the employees fault, it's the Manager's.It's what happens when a kids is in charge of more kids.
Chipotle has never let me down until today. Ordered a bowl on Doordash, it arrived cold and with very minimal portions of rice and meat. Got pinto instead of black beans. Maybe 4 or 5 fajita pieces? And a huge glob of sour cream. It just... wasn't good. After paying $25+ for this sad excuse for a bowl, I finished it all and my stomach was still growling. So disappointing.
Went to dinner here last night. Walked in and the place was a disaster! All the trash cans were over flowing. The food looked like it had been sitting there since they opened. I mentioned to the worker behind the counter how “wiped out”’they looked. He said they had a big rush. We were the only ones in there and all the rest of the staff were behind the counter just standing there. We were about to leave, but it was getting late and we were hungry so we just went ahead and ate. We found one clean table. The soda fountain area was a mess also. While eating there we did not see one employee come out to empty trash or clean tables! Well today our stomachs are paying the price for eating here! Definitely won’t be eating here again. After reading other reviews we didn’t just come on “a bad night”.
Ordered to go. 5p% order missing. Come on Chipotle.....you make 4 items 5 ways. Let's work on it.
The people working here tonight are doing the bare minimum. The tables are dirty while they are goofing around. We pre ordered our food. They didn’t start it until we walked in. The kids behind us got their food before we did. We get back to our hotel with our food and it the order wrong. There was one employee saying they were short staffed but when we walked in there was no one there. They were not serving anyone.
Normally would give them 5 stars but the stuff on the serving tables look OLD. Like I'm eating dinner and the meat was from lunch. Beef jerky comes to mind. Took a piece home to show my wife and now you. Looked like a bullion cube. Will I go again? Yes. But if they're serving the same stuff I'm off to Taco Bell.
I love Chipotle and this particular one was just great. The staff is so nice and they keep the place nice and clean.
Was there Tuesday evening. There were 2 people ahead of me and it took 15 to 20 mins. Looong wait
They have the front door locked and are refusing to take orders unless you order online. I ordered online once I found out and it took over 20 minutes. Pretty rude to lock the doors and make your customers pull on a locked door and wait for them to let you in to get your food.
