It was a very enjoyable dinner.
I love chicken carbonara . It is excellent and cooked very well and so tasty. One dish I miss from buca is Fruit Di mare. All my friends love it not a single one dislikes it. Restaurant is quick and friendly . All other dishes are also good but those are ones I like
The quality of the food for the money, was poor. Spaghetti had zero flavor, chicken parmigiana was a little rubbery , the garlic bread and Caesar salad was good, the best thing we actually had. Overall it was disappointing.
My daughter chose this for dinner following her HS graduation. The service and food were both meh. Nothing remarkable and really nothing special....just average. The 2 martinis that were ordered as soon as we walked in took more than 20 minutes to get to the table. The prices were definitely very high for what we got. The person who sat our party was the most unenthusiastic lethargic person they could have found for the job. We will not be making a return trip.
The food quality was not a problem. The prices online were nothing like the price in store for pick up. The prices online came to a total of $110. When we went to pick up the order, we were charged $250. The prices they post should be honored. We would never spend $250 on this meal.
Wages have increased, however service has decreased. Prices on the menu have increased, and you still get missing food from your order(2nd time). Asked for a credit for the missing food/gratuity, and did not get the full amount of the request.It's understandable that times are different, and places are short staffed, etc. But repeating a mistake and assuring a customer it won't happen again..and not following through on the remediation pushes away patrons and not wanting to return. Appreciate Buca for providing us lunches and dinners for our company/family in the Past. Don't see any future experiences happening here. Good luck.
Rosa was our server....SUPERB ! Been a regular since they opened 15+ years ago....we are Italian and the food is always consistently good... the atmosphere fun
I was impressed by the SALMON SORRENTO, it was cooked to perfection and had a generous amount of sauce. I would only come back for take out because service was not the greatest. I was majorly disappointed by the bread and salad. The bread was dry and stale but when dipped with their quality olive oil and vinegar it was quickly devoured by me. The Cesar salad and cheesecake is decent but I would not order it from this facility.
I ordered a pizza it smelled liked the ingredients were old and rancid we couldn’t even finish our food not to mention the place smells bad they don’t seem very clean. I felt sick for 2 days after eating their food. Not to mention the bill was about 50 bucks and I can’t believe how bad the food was for that ridiculous price. Avoid this place at all cost.
This was the worst service I ever experienced. My friend and I were never asked how was our food or if we wanted refills on our drinks. The food was also extremely expensive and disgusting. The menu doesn't even have the prices. I got the baked ziti and it definitely wasn't worth $40. The restaurant was also dirty and the waitresses just put dirty dishes on top of each other and left them on the counter. I will never eat here again.
