The staff here is amazing. We had a fiasco with our birthday cake when we got the wrong key to our party venue and we couldn’t get in, with our ice cream cake in hand and no where to store it! They let us bring the cake back and stored it till morning for us. They even fixed the side of the cake that we smashed trying to fit it in someone’s freezer. The cake was cute and delicious and everyone loved it. They were so kind and helpful through the whole process while I was stressing out about not having access to our venue.
Love that they always have my favorite!!! However, So hot out I should of eaten inside. My ice cream turned into soup by time I got to car. Still delish!!!
First off.. I like ?? ice cream on occasion.. Typically I try not to eat too much.. because of dairy issues. Second I was planning on visiting my hair stylist today for a touch up. . so I had planned on surprising her with " Butter -Pecan Ice cream ?". Unfortunately for me she had to cancel.! Seeing that I was stuck with a tasty dessert... I decided why not..?? Not familiar with this location in the Thousand Oaks area. The store is situated in a shopping center.. There was plenty ?️ parking today. I had to wait a few minutes.. because the clerk was making shake's for a party of 3. I like this store .it's very spacious. The interiors are very unique.. I actually mentioned to the employee..that I would be righting a review.. Seeing that I was stuck with a small container of ice cream ?.. I added a slice of ? strawberry cake in my container. So delicious....time to go to the gym . By the way the store was well maintained and very clean. The ladies who work there were very friendly. Don't forget to tip ...!
Clean Ice cream shop. Great Birthday Cakes and Coffee Ice cream too! Its an easy stop on TO blvd. They have bottled water as well.
The people that work here are always friendly and provided efficient service. Love the ice cream:)
No it's just like they always been a lot of choices of different ice creams you can have them in a cup of oil on a cone

Ice-cream was a welcome reprive from the heat. The store itself was big and clean. Staff were not friendly or welcoming.
Went in on July 1st at about 7:30pm both employees were more concerned about talking to each other than helping us out.
