Lovely, helpful, thoughtful, polite staff. Got the Uji matcha latte with cheese foam + boba, was delicious! The boba itself wasn’t too sweet and had the perfect chew, paired great with the slight earthy bitterness of the matcha. The staff double checked my milk preferences before making my drink which was really great, + getting oat milk wasn’t any more expensive than regular.Really spectacular for the price, as well. It was not only really delicious, but visually beautiful as well. A real gem!

The service here was the best I've ever received at a boba place, if not just ever. We came in pretty late, yet they were super helpful, didn't hesitate to explain menu items, and helped up kindly. They also gave us 3 free drink cards because our waffle took a little while to make! The people working here are genuinely super nice and we will totally be back. :)

I love Azuki! This time I ordered the House Milk Tea with boba and a Korean Cheese Dog. The tea has a great amount of sweetness and the boba is cooked perfectly. This was my first time having a Korean cheese dog and it did not disappoint either. The staff is very friendly!

Some have birthday cake. I’m having a birthday Strawberry Matcha with boba from Azuki Boba and Tea. Oh my goodness, it’s yummy! And pretty, too! Thank you!

I love everything about Azuki tea the flavor is amazing and everyone is so kind but they do need to get a litter about there service. service is typically a little slow. But besides that Azuki is my happy place!

Super good Boba drinks. Great alternative to Starbucks. My daughter loves it here and I love bringing her! They have a cool little menu with snacks also.

I love this place, I was so excited when went to try it and my expectations were far surpassed.First: the vibe it had was great. Very relaxed but also bright. It has awesome energy and made me feel refreshed and comfortable.Second: the staff are really nice and accommodating. If you don't know what to get, they are happy to make suggestions - which turn out delicious.Third: the boba is delicious. Every tea I've tried so far has been awesome and delicious.Just a a great place, overall.

Stopped by here after I went to Trader Joe's to pick up some items. We got the Taro Lovers Milk Tea, Golden Oolong Tea and the Tropical Tea. Overall refreshing teas! We did go down to 25% sweet since we normally don't like our teas too sweet and it was the perfect amount of sweetness!

Fantastic customer service and excellent boba tea!! I got the passion fruit tea with regular boba. I loved it and can’t wait to try their other flavors!

The boba itself was a little too hard to be honest. I lived in Taiwan for a year, the place of boba origination, and I know what the perfect consistency is. The rose milk tea with oat milk was pretty good but the house milk tea was a little too strong. My personal favorite boba & house milk tea (totally unsponsored, I’m not getting paid for this) is Chakaa in Newbury Park. Yes, their ambiance is a little less inviting, but the boba is a bit better than Azuki. The price is the same. The boba at Ckakaa is softer but still fun to chew through without being too mushy; the fruit and milk teas there are a good tasting. Azuki is okay overall. I would still come back if in the Westlake area.
