Liked hand pull noodles. Knife cut noodles and beef noodle soup were okay. Open to trying some other noodle dish with the hand pull noodles.
Beef noodles. Fried dumplings and onion pancake are my favs. They hand make their noodles and their broth is tasty. I visited the temple city location which finally reopened after a fire closed their restaurant.

The restaurant is extraordinary and broad, the meals was delicious and the prices were very fair. fast, productive service and very personal staff members. Will definitely recommend this spot.

This place is known for their signature noodles just to name few from hand craft noodle, knife cut, thin, thick. Since it's mainly Shanxi style, majority of the dish are spicy and taste delicious. But they also have many non spicy choice too so no need to worry. My favorite are the noodle soup, there are like 10 different types and I am on my 5th try xD.
