For such a high volume place, they could use an extra digital kiosk. Even then the orders get out pretty quickly. Honestly the best place to be on a hot summer’s day. Would be nice to see them clean the tables though, I guess it’s difficult when people are waiting to sit left and right. I love Chinese desserts and I do enjoy coming here.
My overall experience was good. They have two kiosks by the front door for people to order and they are very convenience. Their desserts are very good and have a lot of varieties. I do not give them 5 stars because they did not keep the restroom clean.
I went on a Monday night. It was busy and crowded probably because it was a holiday. They have two self ordering kiosks. One on each side of the front door. They need to organize the lines better because it was a bit of a cluster. I ordered a winter melon tea with grass jelly. Tea tasted good and there was a lot of grass jelly. I waited 10 mins which is understandable since it was so busy. First time back since Covid, lines are still a mess and prices have increased but drinks are still good.
The dessert was alright but one of the servers was unfriendly and rude. They were also extremely short staffed, which probably contributed to the bad attitude. But overall it wasn’t a very pleasant experience.
I would give it a 5 stars for the amazing food but I had to wait an hour and a half just for a matcha deluxe waffle! That is not okay! I've seen people who came in after me that ordered more items than I did and they got their items before me. Only come here if you have 2 hours to spare!
I’ve always liked meet fresh, but now I’m so disappointed the service at this location. suggest anyone still want to eat at this location. Use online order or the machine! Because when I order at cashier it take forever and got my order totally wrong. Also I don’t get why two purple rice soup and two drink will take 30-40mins wait. I don’t think I will go back to this meet fresh again!
Love there are kiosks. Got the shaved ice with pudding was delish. Once you order from the kiosk they'll text you when your order is ready.
Food is good, a lot of people in the weekend night. Our order was two grass jelly, in the end we got five grass jelly. They kept saying that's our order...not sure how to complain...?

I tried to use the machine to place my order, but there is not mango green tea slush. Then I tried place order online, but I can’t choose the toppings such as Ube Paste. So I tried place order with the cashier lady, and she didn’t give me any help XD, they maybe just too busy. Finally I place my order with the machine and online, that cost about 10-20 minutes. They sent me a message to pickup my order placed on machine, but there is no number on the order, and they are too busy, no one tried to help me. Great Experience! Oh I waited for 15 minutes for my online orders, because they won’t let you know if your order ready?. Anyway “PERFECT EXPERIENCE” “THE BEST SERVICE”, two star for the food.
