Worst customer service. Velia refused to give napkins with my order. When I asked her for napkins she walked away TWICE!! Not only she was RUDE she had no name tag on and refused to give her name. I had to ask 2 other workers because one didn't know her name too.Worst McDonald I have ever been to.Velia needs customer No service training.
I went to drive thru to buy a happy meal before picking up my child from school. When I went to pay at first window no was there. I drove to second window. I was greeted by a manager " did you pay at first window!" He went on to say in a rude manner next time pay at first window.. " This is not the first time I didn't get this behavior. I'm very disappointed on the lack of good customer service.
This restaurant service is really poor, especially at night drive-through to take food, take food for many times, always lack this less that, do not move the brain to do which line is not good, this little thing are not good, but also can do what? The manager of this restaurant is also very bad. It closes at 8pm. When you want to enter the lobby to get your food at 7:57pm, he locks the door and doesn't answer the door. This kind of person should be fired, lose face of McDonald's, no sense of service, what kind of manager? This is the slowest McDonald's in LA, not one of them!
If possble I'll give this place 0 star, I need to wait almoat 30 minutes for cold appke pie? Good job mc donald's!
I placed mobile order but waited for 20 min . I came inside and was told short of staff. Don’t make F sense. There was long line drive thru but they moved fast. Don’t ever use mobile order at McDonald here. Very bad service at this location!
Everytime i go here i have the worst experience. Idk why or how they train there associates but they are always rude and never get my order right
We went to McDonald’s for a family lunch after a Sunday morning of volunteering. We ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, two fish sandwiches, two quarter pounders, and two large fries.We watched six cars receive their orders and drive off before anyone came back to address our order.We received two cold, unsalted fries, two spicy chicken sandwiches, two orders of chicken nuggets, one quarter pounder, and one bun with cheese, onions, pickles, and ketchup [pictured].Embarrassing. Poor quality food, poor quality service, yet prices for everything are skyrocketing?Pay your employees better so they stop taking it out on your customers.

The manager at McDonalds was very accommodating today. They were very busy and short staffed, but she handled the busyness with ease and Grace. I appreciate her professionalism and staying calm under pressure. I have noticed that a lot of places are short staffed right now, which is sad for the workers who are working hard during this busy season.
They close after 8pm for curbside and counter pickups. Must wait in the long drive through.
