Don’t worry, this little shop got you covered. This place has all the things that you need to get started.They sell many options of the soup base for hotpot. My wife likes hot and spicy. This shop has many varieties of the spicy soup base. We picked out a unique Laksa, a popular Singaporean soup base for noodles. This is great for hotpot as it carries strong curry flavors and some other spices. We also got a ourselves Lee Kam Kee spicy soup base for tonight’s dinner.For meats and seafoods, selections are abundant. The beefs have already been cut into hotpot ready packages and they are good quality beef. Lamb meats seemed to be good too and the prices are reasonable. Seafood selections include yellow fish, turbo fish, and other popular hotpot dishes. I also found octopus meat balls.No veges here though. But those are plenty in the regular markets. Since this place is not far from my house, I will be hitting it often as our whole family is crazy about hotpot.
It's in an usual spot for a hot pot items purchase place but it's all good they got good decent cuts for the price and quite an amount of selection to choose from. Heck, 3 pound of meat for $20 no tax.. that's awesome!
