Poor customer service didn’t ask me if I was going to eat in my car or take it to go. Cashier gave me an attitude when I ask for a bag so I don’t mess up my car.Never going back to that location. I thought in n out was a 5-star customer service.
I'm from Florida. There are no In N Out burgers there. Had to try it after hearing everyone rave about it.Long lines in the drive thru was very encouraging.Got my regular burger with fries. Burger patty was tiny and dry. Loads of salt. Fries are OK. Not great.What am I missing here? Did I order the wrong thing? There are only 3 choices. Not sure that the cheeseburger would be any different.
I've been going to this in N out since it opened in 1973. In 83 I stopped eating meat, I do missed my D.D. and that other double from the place with the arches. But then Animal style, and Grilled cheese sandwich from In N Out. OMG! For a long time now I've been in flavor heaven.this is a good place to eat.
What can I say? Burgers, fries, and drinks are all fresh and fast to serve. Customer service and experience is great. Always busy and a long line. Definitely would recommend drive through. Ordering outside of the car takes longer.
If you walk up, expect a longer wait then drive up. I walked up and ordered two burgers,fries and drinks. No special instructions. Cars drove up after I ordered, at least 3 to 5 minutes later and were served first. Horrible!!!
A hair pull out from the burger, 1/14/2022 disgusting. Disappointing, have to throw the rest away…
What can I say. Really good fast food burger but the line took quite a while... got animal style double double and it was great. I wish there was a place to sit and eat around the place.
Always good they make my order just the way I want it and every in n out is always clean and so pleasant. There team are always nice and helpful
I hope you all have a better experience then I did. I understand the popularity w/ in n out. But when you hand someone their milk shakes covered in ice-cream you would expect it's ok to ask for a napkin but employee (Daijah) handed me just 1 signal napkin for both my cups. And I asked could I have more then just 1 she asked how many do I want?....... I didn't know napkins were so high in demand I couldn't have more then 1! And when I received my food it was prepped wrong and I told her. You know we've been waiting a long time and it should really be done right. And then she looked me in the eyes and said "well.... its not my fault" the person handling my food who prepped it claims it wasn't their fault? .... I don't understand ? just disappointed....
There was a very long line that almost discouraged me from getting my burger. Thankfully they got through the line quick. I spent less than half the time I thought Id have to wait. Yes, In n Out ROCKS!!
