I'm currently pregnant and ordered tacos with my spouse. Something wasn't right about the texture about one order of the beef tacos so I decided to shred the meat to see how the inside was and it wasn't fully cooked. I immediately stopped eating the tacos and inspected all of the other ones before eating anything else. Woke up this morning feeling nauseous this morning. It's truly disappointing that the person cooking doesn't check if the meat has been cooked throughly.
OMG this placece is bomb I'm and my family went here on a Tuesday and they serve menudo and they serve it everyday and best tocos around. Try it out whats the worst that can happen. worst thing is you won't come back but I bet you will. ?
I just got a regular burrito and that burrito was so delicious. Great quality meat taste everything the beans rice salsa. Sad I live in montebello but I will come more often when I can. Keep up the good work!
Really nothing special about their super wet burrito. This is for the food and not the entire restaurant. Taste average. Wouldnt buy the burrito again. The burrito is big but they put a layer of shredded lettuce inside of the burrito also. Filler item?! That is cheating and just makes the entire burrito soggy and colder.
Very rude workers never can get my order right food is great but they need to work on getting the order right and stop being so rude
RUDE. NEVER GOING BACK! I went to this place for the 1st & last time yesterday. I drove up with more than 15 minutes before closing time. The staff immediately announced the name of the place as though they hate the world. I politely said "Hello, Can I have one moment please?" I have never seen their menu, so needed a few seconds to check out their menu. The staff immediately replied with a sigh followed up with a stern & attitude filled "Well hurry up because we're about to close." At that point I & my partner decided not to deal with their BS & just decided to eat somewhere else just down the street. I have no problem being treated as a number, but they were just too rude.
Nachos I ordered not for me the meat rough overall good had good amount of beans and guacamole ?.
Outdoor patio for dine in. The food is delicious, the service is friendly. They take credit cards.
Purchased a Cocido de Res which turned out to be spoiled and didn’t eat. Contacted establishment and spoke to a rude young woman and specified I should have returned it same day because it spoiled in my home the very next day. Drove to show them the spoiled food and an older woman probably the owner refunded my money and blatantly told me not to return because she would not service me any longer. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve dealt with and serving spoiled food to customers who pay money for food is unethical and dishonest!!! Think twice before buying food from EL Super Burrito on Lowe Azusa!!!!!!
