I just recently moved 3 blocks away from this carls Jr location. I don’t eat much fast food but when I do, it’s Carls Jr. I’m so disappointed this locations food is always bad. The first time I came here I thought it was me not enjoying my food while I was driving the next two times I realized it’s just this restaurant bad cook or who knows? Save your money go somewhere else.
Friendly staffing. their drive-thru is on the passenger side, but they have a tray/basket on an extension stick when they give you your food and collect your money.
The drive-thru is set up so that you have to reach across your car through the passenger window to make your payment and to get your food. What genius came up with that one?
The bacon beat double is a big burger, but way too expansive; taste just ok.
The worst experience always. Went to the drive threw and was told that they where out of fries and criss cuts and told all they had was zucchini. And then they were also out of ranch. I ordered a double cheeseburger no onions. Ofcoarse they put onions. And when I gave it back so they could correct the issue they just took off the patty that had onions. Cause when I checked the burger the second time it only had one patty. Needless to say I just went on with my day. And further more my order of zucchini only had 6 small pieces .
ran out of what i ordered, refused to substitute a different item, insists in canceling the whole uber order, wasted time for me and the uber driver. a simple fix of giving me a substituted item would have saved everyone trouble. not mentioning that i ordered from this place like a hundred times this year!! way to push away a loyal customer.
Horrible service, always gets the order wrong. Like always! Never have the food in stock, food is not serviced with proper ingredients.Rude lady at night, always the same one. Management needs to stop hiring friends.Owenrship needs to be notified immediately
The woman in the drive-thru always has a bad attitude at night. I mean if you don't like your job quit !
Cold food. Tasted very bad also.. messed up order. Very rude employees.
Food was very bland. Was not an enjoyable meal. I won't be going back
