Food was fresh but seriously Keltic A. You should not be at the register.You might think that people won't know the difference between chicken and pork.You silly kid you, I ordered chicken which is clear on the ticket, you chose otherwise or didn't check the order. And since they removed the sauce pumps you have to ask for sauces. Tip: if you want hot sauce, you have to be clear which one of the 2 you want. I don't eat this type of food with Louisiana hot sauce, but the other type they carry.
Placed a mobile order, on my order I selected for 2 canned drinks. Upon arriving they did not have the canned drinks I ordered and said we could pick something else out of the cooler. They only had 2 options of bottles drinks and I asked if I could just replace them with a fountain drink instead and they said the machine is out of order? Got home to find the miso soup I had ordered was placed upside down in, spilling half my soup in the bag and all over my husband's bowl. Then to top it all off my husband got really sick after eating his meal and had been really sick for 3 days now and now had to go to the doctor for severe stomach pain. We would have forgiven all of the mishaps if he didn't end up getting sick, this was just the final straw. Huge bummer of an evening ?
Walked in here at 8:20pm on 3/30/22 to pick up a grubhub order and the staff at the time straight up lied to me and told me that the order had been canceled simply because they were too lazy to make the order. Obviously I can confirm with the customer if the order had actually been canceled or not. IT WAS NOT! The fact that a customer does not get their food because the staff is too lazy to do their job is absolutely ridiculous! Shameful behavior!
Anthony was the only person working as I walked in to this location with 10+ people ordering. Dude was straight hustling, totally professional, and deserves more than what kind be written in a review for his work ethic.
Only order there and they still messed it up. Didn't even add the avocado or green onions
This place is great! Great food, good prices. Staff is always nice!My only small gripe is that it smells like… a porta potty. It’s been like this the last few times I’ve been here and it’s pretty off putting so we never eat inside.
Drove far bought four bowls all filled with half rice, no veggies :(
My husband raved about this place. My first time in. I got the Sweet and Spicy Chicken and vegetables. The dice was more spicy I really didn't get much sweet. There wasn't enough of the sauce to coat the veges or rice. I want to go back and get the Waba Steak and Chicken, give it another try...
Just went In and ordered and when I got back into my car they didn't give me what I ordered and put the wrong ordered on the receipt
This place is always sooo good. I get the chicken vegetable bowl everytime and it never disappoints. Definitely recommend the place!
