Food was horrible!
Service was very slow, sat next to a dirty table for one hour, was still dirty and full of dirty dishes when we left, was not given a plate for the appetizer even after it was served and asked for, had to get manager to get us plates, was not given chopsticks until after sushi was served. Very disappointed for Pechanga!!
Good value. Even with reservations we had to wait a little. Good was out fast. Tasted great. Good sushi.

Definitely recommend the oyster shooters! This by far was one of the best dishes we have had since Michelin Star Restaurants. Unfortunately we felt like the rest of the dishes were subpar. Interestingly they added olive oil to some of the dishes and it just took away from the flavors you would expect. Didn't care for it.
Our Japanese server was great. She made sure to check in on us the food was great. And atmosphere was great!
This is definitely our go to sushi place every meal we've had has always been fresh and excellent. I recommend making reservations as they fill up very quick
