Completely disappointed in this place walked in to both cashiers falling asleep on me as I ordered! With a little bit of attitude maybe due to the fact they were tired but uncalled for! Then I get home with 2 kids meals to find the nuggets completely burnt crunchy! Unacceptable! Will not be returning!
My mother ordered on the Habit App & then sent me to pick up the food. The App said the food would be done in 6 min. I got there as the text came in saying the food was ready, so I sent a message back online saying I was out front. I waited 8 min before walking into the store to get the food. Only 1 person was in line & about 1/3 of the stores seats were in use. By the time they finished the person in front of me, someone was finally sending out our food. When I got home my mother & I agreed that the sweet potato fries & onion rings were too cold. Calling the store is a joke (something we found out the last time they messedup our order), so my mother drove all the way back to complain & get fresh sides. The STORE MANAGER had the nerve to LIE TO MY MOTHER! She claimed that there was a long line & that was why the food was late. Again there was ONE PERSON WHEN I WENT IN TO GET THE FOOD (something I should not have had to do with curbside pick-up). I am so frustrated that they messed up a 2nd time, but more insulted that they treated us so poorly.
Santa Barbara Burger was ?! Brussels sprouts were good too! As always, ordered the green beans too! So tasty!!Customer service was excellent too!
We shared a Cobb salad and chicken Caesar salad - they were generous portions and really tasty!
The Habit Grill is personaly one of my favorite fast food restaurants around. They make all of there food with high quality products and make it right in front of you. They have a very good vegetarian burger and offer a wide verity of fires. They do keep up to code and the restaurant is always clean. Though it does often have a line of 2 to 6 people waiting to order food.
I ordered a sandwhich with no mayo, add BBQ. I get home and the sandwhich has mayo and no BBQ. So I call to get a refund and the manager says there is nothing she can do for me and in order to get a refund I have to contact headquarters.So I go to contact headquarters and guess what, there isn't even a number to call. You have to fill out a form and reveal your email address and personal phone number to get a call back. I will never eat at a habbit store again. Horrible customer service.
Delicious food! The veggie burgers was very good and the fries were nice and crispy. The soft serve ice cream was very creamy and good. The sundae was beyond tasty as well.
Always fantastic. Surprisingly good price for the quality of burgers. Sides can get a bit pricey, but they're also really good. Hard to go wrong here.
