They have some vegan and vegetarian options. The vegan cobb salad was large, filling and good. The long island tea didn't disappoint either.
Mouthwatering CARBONARA, STEAK DIANE, and SEARED SALMON are the bomb! I usually prefer the authentic Carbonara from Rome, Italy, but Cheesecake's version had me drooling that I cleaned my (big) plate! My hubby who's on restricted diet also couldn't help finishing up his steak and salmon, so 4 THUMBS UP to Cheesecake especially to Terrel at the Bar section who already served us twice since our first visit. He, together with the other staff at the bar, are so warm and friendly - reason why we opted for the bar instead of waiting an hour for a table.
Stuffed mushrooms and lemon raspberry cheesecake were delicious. Waitress at bar was very efficient and friendly.

This cheesecake location in Temecula never disappoints me with the flavors and service. There is almost always a 45+ min wait during their busy hours, so be prepared. The cheesecake factory is located at the mall, so you can walk in the mall while waiting. I've only had one bad waiter service me here out of my handful of times coming here. It's a great place and a little pricey if you've never gone before, especially the steak!
Vegan Cobb Salad was delicious, dressing was my favorite. The cauliflower tacos were delicious too. Highly recommend both dishes!!!
To start with the evening quoted 1 hour at 6pm the start of dinner rush didn't get a table until almost 9pm. Ordered the calamari, was fine, the sauces tasted like a mouthful of garlic and straight ketchup the pizza and the pineapple chicken could have been better. The only thing that made our experience better was the water. The waiter he was absolutely fantastic. The hostess needs to learn more about wait times and seating.
The Cheesecake Factory in Temecula treats "certain" customers badly because they are unfair of how they treat different guests. I waited 30 minutes for my cheesecakes to be boxed up, while 7 customers got there after me but were serviced and finished before me. This is a blatant display of prejudice. I will never set foot in there again!!!!! This person is named Jacqueline and she should be ashamed of herself. On another note, I paid $1.00 for one strawberry. Not only are they unfair with service, they are stingy with what people pay for.
Cheesecake Factory is consistent. You know what to expect and they deliver. Food and drinks are always good. Busy as always, so you may have to wait a little.
The service was great, there was no wait time and our server was very attentive. However, the food overall didn't have the flavors qe were expecting. The plates looked really pretty but the pasta wasn't as tasty as it looks. The menu is huge so maybe we will just try something else next time.
